The Metro Manila Interchange Construction Project is a Highway Interchange Project which directly
integrates needed highway access improvements with the highway portion of EDSA.

The construction involved a major divided highway bifurcated about the MRT-3 trackwork and the busy EDSA/Ayala Ave. Intersection. The EDSA-Pasay-Ayala Ave. Interchange Project is one of KEA's
most high-profile project in the Philippines today.

The EDSA-Pasay-Ayala Ave. Interchange includes construction of (a) Depressed Structure that integrates six (6) lanes of highway and MRT occupying the center median; (b) At-grade roadway consisting of eight (8) to ten (10)lanes with two (2) lanes on-off ramps to/from depressed structure; (c)Viaduct Structure for left turning traffic from Ayala Ave. to EDSA(Northbound).

Under DPWH approval, KEI developed complete Detailed Design (DD) in less than 18 months, during which time KE ASIA assisted DPWH in preparing their Right-of-Way acquisition, preparation of Local Government Unit(LGU) negotiations and later acted as a liaison between the MRTC group, Ayala Land and the City of Makati in implementing related improvements in order to satisfy more requirements needed for this vital area.
